Thank you for the awesome customer service too!\" - Della  Shop at http://www.BelieveinitApparel.com ______________________________________________________  Training Session: 0-5 minutes: Warm Up - Jog & Stretch (Knees up, side shuffle, back pedal, etc)    5-10 minutes: Speed Ladder - Explode out & dribble the ball  - two in each, two in each facing right, then facing left, shuffle through  10-15 minutes: Dribbling work in & out of cones 45 seconds dribbling / 30 seconds juggling  repeat 4 times  15-20 minutes: Fitness - Shuttle Sprints with Ball Set up 3-4 cones Do one set, then rest 15-30 seconds.  To challenge yourself, juggle during rest times. Do 5 sets  20-25 minutes: Fitness - Dribble In & Out of cones, then accelerate to top cone.  Jog Back.  *Key pt - Look up when you are accelerating to see the field. Do 5-10 sets with a 5-10 second rest in between.    25-30 minutes: Free Juggling - Practice then close to the 30 minute mark give yourself 3-5 tries to beat your record.  Make sure to mark your high score for the day on your Online Soccer Academy juggling chart.    If you want to extend the training session then add on time to any section you want extra work on.    Make sure to finish with cool down and stretching.  If you are up for it add on a few sit ups and push ups!
