However, many people struggle to squat this deep due to poor ankle ankle which prevents their tibia from moving further forward, leading to less leg gains. To test if you have limited ankle mobility, place your feet 5 inches from the wall and slowly move your knees forward to touch the wall.  If you can do this without your heel raising up, you have good ankle mobility but if your heel do raise up, you have poor ankle mobility.  I’ll show you how to increase your ankle mobility.
