'I`m super excited to share this quick but the same time very effective workout. There are no squats, no boring exercises so I`m sure you`ll like it! I could feel my booty doing the hard work haha=) This workout is suitable for beginners.  As there are no squats, people who had knee injuries in the past can try this workout (you can skip the last exercise). If you aren`t sure you can do this workout, ask your doctor before exercising. Stop working out if you experience a severe pain! I know that a lot women skip workouts when they are on their period. This workout doesn`t cause any stomachache.
