Compound movements are multi-joint movements that work several muscles or muscle groups at one time. This can be a combination of arms and legs, back and arms, legs and core or any type of combinations that build multiple muscle groups.  Compound workouts are also great because you get more work done in less time. This workout is advanced and does have transitions to the ground as well.
