'Senior Exercise Class - Cardio with Coach Mel'

'This is a 40 minute cardio workout designed for Seniors or those just starting their exercise experience.  There is no equipment needed, you will be on your feet for the entire duration of the workout.  Please be certain to have water nearby!  I hope you enjoy this class!!'
