'3 FITNESS DRILLS FOR SOCCER PLAYERS - 90 SST - Session 38'

'In this video I\'m taking you through 3 fitness drills and in between sets we are juggling the soccer ball. The reason we juggle in between sets is because that is when our mental focus can be a off due to being exhausted from the sprints, that\'s when we need to be able to focus with the soccer ball because it translates to how to focus under the same circumstances when in a game.'
