'30 Minute Full Body Workout w/ Dumbbells for Weight Loss | Beginner Modifications'

'We\'ve got a full body workout covering it all - strength, cardio and abs! We\'ll be using dumbbells and bodyweight exercises during this AWESOME session. We also have beginner modifications so no matter where you are in your fitness journey, you\'re going to kick some serious booty!  *Remember that exercise alone is not enough for weight loss! Make sure you are getting enough sleep, water, are mindful of your intake and are still moving and groovin\' after we\'re done kicking booty together.
