Now go to a down position of a push up and come back up; hold position. Next, rotate your body to the right side, making your toes facing the other feet\'s ankle, simultaneously, raise your arm with an elbow lock and palm open, straight up in line with your chest and push it back. Now go to a down position of a push up and come back up; hold position. Next, rotate your body to the left side and do the same for completing one push up and rotate to side plank. And after that, do 3 to 5 sets again of the previous procedure.'
