'Muscle-ups PB 3x1 at Be Strong Fitness Geelong'

'I\'ve been training 5x5 with resistance bands since 18th September (2017) and in three months I\'ve progressed from a few pull-ups to a couple of consecutive muscle-ups.  I want to eliminate the kip, but it\'s acceptable for now. Thanks to Dave and Jo, the owners of Be Strong Fitness Geelong, they run a great gym, and I enjoy training there.'
