'Hey guys!! Keep giving you amazing and professional drills that you can make at home or at a park or anywhere to keep improving and getting better! Stay safe! Bless you all!   Each drill for 30-40 seconds (each side if the exercise could be done for forehand and backhand). 5 sets of this entire routine will work perfectly. Ideally 2-3 times per week!'
