Most of the movements in Day 2 and the beginning of phase 1 are more simple. This prepares us with increased strength for the more difficult calisthenics exercises in phase 2 and 3.  Bodyweight Beast 2.0 a 12 week calisthenics program.   The only equipment I recommend is a pull up bar.
