'Soccer Interval Fitness'

'This drill is done with and without the ball and is a good test for soccer fitness. You start with having to finish in 30 seconds and then a 30 second rest. Then the time gets faster having to do the drill in 29 seconds still with a 30 second rest. Continue lowering the time to finish until the last athlete doesn\'t finish.'
