We require players, especially the player in the middle of the field who is most heavily loaded, to focus on the accuracy and timing of passing and first touch the ball. We require players to be able to perform all game activities precisely even after repeated loading. The main goal of the exercise and all its variants is the development of a game-fitness component in a specific form with a ball.  During the exercise, in addition to the fitness component and the correct ratio of the load and rest interval, it is necessary to pay attention to the correct technical execution of passes, play with the first touch and dribbling the ball. The exercise is intended for 4 players, it can be done by age categories of older pupils and teenagers.
