'After building a weightlifting bench, I needed a cocktail with fitness in mind. High protein is the way to go. This variation on the Gin Fizz includes a raw egg, making it creamy but not heavy, so it\'s rejuvenating and refreshing after a hot day of welding. The Royal Fizz: 1 jigger of gin 1 jigger of honey simple syrup the juice of 1/2 a lemon 1 raw egg shake vigorously with ice until very cold and egg is emulsified strain into highball glass top off glass with seltzer water Check out the gym bench build here: https://youtu.be/tCEDj4yXviQ Don\'t miss my noir thriller mystery novel Seven o\'Clock Man on Amazon: http://amzn.to/2FprhoL Am I fixing up a haunted house?
