'Typically the reduction surgery is not painful. Most people don’t need to take any painkillers. But we need to give some amount of time that is about  8 to 10 days  for the surgical wounds  to heal. Once the wound is healed you can start  with genteel  exercise, the simple exercise is stretch your hands  to your side, stretch arms  above the head,  try  to touch fingertips behind back, roll your shoulders. All this will be done to relieve the stress and tension and edema  that is there. After 3 weeks  you are allowed  to do everything from running jogging, swimming, cycling  and  after  4  to 5  weeks every single kind of physical activity   like rigorous cardiac activity  or anything that suits your lifestyle.'
