'After about 7 weeks of no workouts, my first day back in the gym was a thriller! Glute-focused leg day. Took me about one hour to complete it all and I put together the movements for you. Whether you are recovering from a surgery or not, this was a great workout I\'m sure to repeat again. You might like it in your programming too!
