'READ BELOW FOR TIPS AND INFO+ Hi loves! It’s Georgejet. In this video I’m just sharing what worked for me in terms of weight gain (bulking). If you’re looking to achieve the “Slim Thicc” look naturally in the gym, this video may help you. Whether you are currently thin like I was or if you’re already thick and just want to tone your body to enhance your shape more, you’ll be able to find some fitness hacks that’ll help you reach your goal. I got a general idea of how much I needed to eat based off of the stats given on this website. It helps out a lot if you don’t know where to start :) FOOD TIPS+ —Mass Gainer I Used Mentioned in video: GNC MASS BULK 350 Vanilla Flavor —You HAVE to be consistent with the amount of food you’re eating daily. Especially if you have a fast metabolism due to genetics. A really fast metabolism will make it much harder to gain weight therefore if you’re not putting in the extra work like I had to, you won’t see those gains. There are days that I don’t eat as much as I should be eating and I am guilty of it. Consistency is key. —Visceral Fat is the fat that sits in your stomach. That is caused by things such as sugar, high carbs, dairy, starch, sodium, etc. If you want to gain weight without it going straight to your stomach, lay low on that list above. Consume more protein. Eat more veggies, fruits (especially berries), and drink lots of water daily to cleanse your system. —I cut down on eating large amounts of rice. Now instead I normally eat quinoa or bulgar wheat which in my opinion taste just as good except it is cleaner and less starchy than white rice. WIN. WORKOUT TIPS+ —Do not skip leg day!!! Building your leg muscles with weights will give them a more plump and toned shape. If you’re weight training legs properly your glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves will grow. Don’t be upset if you don’t see progress super quick. It could take time. Stay consistent and eventually you’ll look in the mirror one day and be like “Damn, shawty getting thicc” (and/or toned, whatever your goal is lol) —In order to reduce body fat in your upper body while bulking, you still have to incorporate cardio training. My favorite cardio is HIIT CARDIO because it shreds fat while still maintaining your muscles. I also love sprinting intervals because from experience I know that sprinting builds leg muscles but since it is cardio, it is also shredding body fat. So yes, sprinting will help eliminate fat off your stomach, back, and arms. —Do an abundance of upperbody workouts such as abs, back, and arms that will help to tone those areas. If you’re gaining weight, you’re most likely gaining it in your upperbody as well so it is important to keep your upperbody toned. STAY STRONG AND TRUST THE PROCESS!
