'Week three of my VR Fitness series. I\'m down 3 lbs from last week so weight about 209lbs , 14st 13.  In-between fights I\'m practising against the Champ over 10 rounds. I have his punching power lowered so I\'m less likely to get knocked out in one punch. Each day I\'m increasing it by 1%. His power is up to 102% and when I get to him on Outclassed he will be 110%.
