When researching this treadmill we found over 60 customer reviews online and the reviews are very strong. This treadmill received an average user rating of 4.5 out of a possible 5 stars.  One review came from a person who said they had been spoiled by commercial quality treadmills over the past 10 years but they were now looking for a treadmill they could use at home. This person had never heard of LifeSpan before but after using the TR3000i he said that it\'s about as close to commercial quality as you can get without spending at least $2500.
