'Senior Workout (Part 1)'

'I always say that age has no limits- I\'m 64 years old and still work my butt off everyday to stay in the best shape possible. I have a mission and that mission is to show people that working out can be fun and enjoyable. I also have a mission to encourage people not to give up on themselves- always move forward in life because life is a gift from God. This workout is designed for everyone but I also wanted to cater to seniors at home during this crisis who may want to get moving and get their blood flowing. Let\'s all continue to stay positive and take this time to improve ourselves. Thank you to all of the first responders out there who are looking out for our elders, our friends and our families; and to all the doctors/nurses who are working countless hours to ensure that we maintain good health.
