'Senior Exercise Class - Strength Ladder Up'

'This class uses weights and resistance bands to work on strength moves that increase in reps.  You will work on upper body move and one lower body move, alternating between each move, increasing your reps by one each time.  As always we will begin with a dynamic warm-up and finish with some stretching and relaxation.  ENJOY!  You should always consult with your physician before engaging in any physical active program.  By participating in this online exercise class, you assume all dangers, hazards and risks of such participation.  The exercises demonstrated by the instructor in this online class are physically demanding.  If you are unable to safely perform these exercises, please modify them or choose a different set of exercises.    I am a certified personal trainer, I also hold a certification from SilverSneakers for senior focused classes.  I teach out of my studio, Coach Mel\'s Group Fitness, in Harwinton, CT.
