Using weights for resistance is a great way to build strength, flexibility and endurance. All things that we depend on during our daily lives for everyday activities like carrying groceries, climbing stairs and reaching up to grab things from high places. All of these activities can be improved through resistance training.  You can also still get a great workout in substituting bottles of water for weights or just follow along for a range of motion workout as well. This routine is also designed to get your hear rate up to give you body a great cardio workout combining full body movements and resistance.  This is an advanced workout so only do what you feel comfortable with and never force anything that causes pain or discomfort. Remember to take breaks when you need and keep your water close by.
