'Weight Training Strength Building Workout for Beginners & Seniors // Full Body Standing & Mat'

'Welcome to this full body workout where we will work on building strength using a set of dumbbells. I\'m using 4lb hand weights for all the exercises. Feel free to grab a few pairs of weights so you can use what works best for you. After a warm up the workout begins with exercises in a standing position. We then move to the floor for some more upper body strength work as well as abs. Finally we finish with stretching exercises that will leave you feeling great!  I think you will really liked the combinations and tempo of this workout! You may want to use a pillow for some of the exercises on the floor to support your head or hips.
