'Build muscle with 93-year-old Estelle as she shares her strength workout with yes2next. It includes intermediate/advanced exercises – some of them on the floor. Use weights to challenge your muscles (Beginners can start with no weights or 1 pound to 5 pounds). Water bottles or cans can also be used. Aim to do two to three sets of the full 11 exercise circuit.
