'Introduction to HIIT with Caroll'

'Who’s ready to bust a move? We know Caroll is! For this workout, she’s in the 30-Minute Circuit where she’ll take you through a beginner HIIT  (High-Intensity Interval Training) routine. So, even if you aren’t a beginner, this is still a great video to help you feel ahhmazing. HIIT routines are made to have you work hard, with short breaks in between exercises to catch your breath! This workout was designed for everyone, with no equipment needed.   Before we dive into a good workout, we need a good warm-up. In this fitness video, you’ll be doing squat high knees, reverse lunge torso turns, and more. Once you’re feeling loose, it’s time to feel the groove in the main circuit. Here, Caroll will have you doing moves like squat holds and plank renegade row heel raises. We know it sounds like a lot, so feel free to take breaks when needed.
