In this quick 10 minute standing booty training we are performing 12 exercises 45 seconds each with an 10 second break in between. For your convenience there is a sound at the end of each exercise that signals about ending.   All standing booty workout is targeting your glutes and at the same time it doesn\'t consist any lying exercises or exercises on your knees which makes this training more friendly for beginners and those people, who have knee problems. This training consists of a nice mix of squats, lunges, deadlifts and leg raises. Make sure to find your own balance during the performace of each exercise. It is also important to listen to your body, not to have any painful sensations and to be careful while you are training.   Be active. Be inspired. And now let\'s start!
