'New video! WOO! Grinding hard and hoping to bring a new video out every few days like before :) I do NOT workout at home usually, I just did yesterday and decided to film it for you guys. I will be getting more gym equipment soon though so I will workout from home more often. WORKOUT- Treadmill (not shown) 5-10 minutes fast pace Booty band warm up (not shown) until glutes are on fire Side lunges 20 each leg, 2 sets Dumbbell deadlifts 3x20 Jumping jacks to keep heart rate up 2 minutes Hip thrusts 3x30 Upped weight each set Sissy squats 3x30 Last 2 sets used 15lb weight Donkey kicks 4x30 each leg Please let me know any video ideas you guys have, I am open to any suggestions!
