'10 MIN BOOTY WORKOUT AT HOME FOR BEGINNERS | No Jumping, Low Impact, No Squats | Booty Band'

'This at home workout will mainly focus on your booty, there are no squats or jumps involved and all of these are low impact exercises. This workout is ideal for you if you just started working out or if you have a knee or ankle injury and need exercises that will protect it.    I strongly recommend to use my booty band for this booty workout to really make sure that you’re feeling the burn and your booty muscles activated. We change levels of the booty band twice during the workout and it also gives you a little rest time. The first part of the workout is at Level 2 (medium intensity). Then we transition into Level 1(light intensity) and we finish the workout at Level 3 (heavy intensity). There are also levels in between to make sure you find the perfect level for you!   Find my booty band here: https://shopevolvo.com/products/black-booty-band   Here are some key TIPS to work on your booty effectively:  - Push through your heels during hip thrusts to make sure you’re using the back of your leg and mainly the glutes instead of the front of the legs.  - Squeeze your booty at the top of each exercise to make sure you’re waking up the muscles! - Create that mind body connection by putting all of your focus on your booty muscles.  - Remember that it\'s okay if you start and it\'s hard at the beginning.
