'Hi Guys, new 11 minute dance fitness compilation for ya! Remember if you have time, go to the Warm Up Cool Down video I just posted yesterday to extend this class, and stretch your muscles at the end. If you don\'t want to do the warm up skip to the cool down. Tailor your class to suit your needs. Still listen to your body, challenge yourself, but no pain. Pain can show up like tingling, numbness, nausea, dizziness, actual \"ouchy\" pain, dull or pin pointed sensation in the joint, can\'t breath. So please DO NOT continue if you feel these things.
