'Wow, it’s hard to believe, but it’s now been 30 years since I released my first video called Step N Motion One. This was one of the first step videos to be released on VHS and boy was I excited to watch it become the top-selling step video in 1989. That video definitely launched my career and 30 years later I’m still stepping.  How many of you remember this workout?'
