'HOW TO DO A RESISTANCE BAND SQUAT: Live Lean Nation, on today’s exercise demonstration, I’m showing you how to do resistance band squat. RESISTANCE BAND SQUAT: TARGETED MUSCLES: The Resistance Band Squat is an exercise that targets your legs. To perform RESISTANCE BAND SQUAT: 1. While standing, place one end of the resistance band underneath both feet and take a shoulder width stance. 2. Pull the other end of the resistance band up over your head and place it on your shoulders and upper back. 3. To complete the squat, with your chest upright and back flat, push your hips back, then bend your knees until your thighs are parallel to the ground or lower if you’re more flexible. 4. Press your feet through the ground to stand back up. 5. Repeat.
