'This 15-minute booty workout is amazing if you want to grow your glutes! It uses weights and a booty band and it is part of our new full-body sculpt challenge!   This workout includes different exercises to activate and work your glutes! It is a real burner but you\'ll feel amazing after you finish!   For weights, I use a 10lb dumbbell and a 20lb one, but use whatever weight you are comfortable with!
