'12 MIN. BOOTY WORKOUT - work on a round butt // no squats & jumps // knee friendly | Mary Braun'

'This is such a glute burnout! This workout is happening only on the floor. It is a combination of different exercises that make your bum look nice and round, and pumped after finishing off these 12 minutes. Time passes by like crazy and it is so much fun. I really enjoy this workout when I don’t want to move too much but really want to work on those glutes. It is also knee friendly and, if you want, you can add a mini band for extra burn.  Watch the planes taking off! I shot this in Mallorca for you to have a variety of different workout spots. It’s even more fun!
