'30 Minute SQUAT MARATHON Kettlebell LEG Workout (

'In this challenging 30 Minute SQUAT MARATHON Kettlebell LEG Workout we will have 13x Rounds Of Goblet Squats in total….MADNESS! And of course to make ik a bit more effective and diverse we will add different leg exercises between these 13x sets of Squats. We will be performing each movement for 45 seconds long and there will be a 20 second rest.   In this workout there are no water-breaks so keep that in mind and push though!    You can Simply Increase the intensity of this workout by using heavier kettlebells / Weights.  In this Workout I am using a 12kg (Blue) 16kg (Yellow) and a 20kg (Purple) kettlebell form “
