'After receiving several messages from followers requesting a workout that was slower paced and more geared up to plus size participants, we have created today’s session. We have slowed the pace of the music done, kept movements simple and made sure there are no knee raises or leg kicks. The idea of this workout is to really allow you to become comfortable on your rebounder. Exercises are held for counts of 2 to begin with and then there is the option for speeding up the tempo if you feel ready for it.
