'What\'s going on my fit babes!? Today, we\'ll be doing a beginner gym back & bis workout using only machines! This a super quick workout that\'ll only take 20 minutes! Training back & bis and building these muscles is great for if any of your fitness goals include: toning your back, arms, or really any part of your upper body and reducing \"bra bulge\" and armpit fat.
