So far I have been using it a TON for leg extensions and psoas marches (hip flexor strengthening).  Doing these exercises in the gym WITHOUT a leg extension machine or leg curl machine GETS annoying. Using bands and setting up benches etc...  This tool makes it extremely easy AND they are strong af. We picked up 100bs with it which I don\'t think anyone will need to go that heavy on any of these exercises.  They are comfortable, easy to use, and durable.
