'This video is made for grade 2 students. This year we PE department going to organize an inter-house fitness competition. Al l students of grade 2 can record the performance of given exercises. After recording the video kindly upload it on the seesaw. More participation will help in winning the competition of the house.   The first exercise is plank Guidelines for plank: #try to keep your elbows at a 90degree angle. #be on your toes. #hold the position for 20sec. only. #use yoga mat for the activity.   The second exercise is Squat hold Guidelines for squat hold: #hold in chair pose. #try to hold for 20sec only. #keep your hands parallel to the ground or at shoulder level.  #breathing should be normal.
