'Do you want to get a good workout without the gym machines? Full routine and outfits below:   1️⃣15 repetitions per leg / 4 sets (spot the slight twist) 2️⃣10 repetitions per side / 4 sets (ONE repetition is one step to to the front AND one step back) 3️⃣15 reps per side / 3 sets 4️⃣20 reps / 4 sets 5️⃣End with 30-45 minutes of cardio, inclined treadmill or Stairmaster, for best results
