Let’s focus on our tempo! Taking our time on each repetition will help recruit more muscle fibres including those involved in keeping things stabilized. It’s a simple concept but many of us tend to focus on speed and power over slow and steady. Switch it up and take it nice and slow! Do 10 repetitions, rest 30 seconds, repeat 3 rounds.
