'This is quite a heavy ab routine for ADVANCED exercises: 1️⃣15 repetitions / 5 sets (where of the 1st might be to find the balance) 2️⃣20 repetitions / 5 sets 3️⃣20 repetitions / 5 sets 4️⃣20 repetitions (hands behind your head) + 10 repetitions (hands on hips) / 3 sets 5️⃣12 repetitions per side / 3 sets  So... you did it?
