'Why You Can’t Handstand Straight | Top 5 Exercises Ft. FitnessFAQs'

'I have been practicing handstands for about 5 years. Prior to that, I have never attempted a handstand in my entire life. Added to that, I had and still have many limitations that others will use as an excuse to simply give up. My hands are small as F, my legs are heavy and way too long in relationship to my arms, I dislocated both of my shoulders 40+ times each and I have small scoliosis on my spine. There are also a few more limitations that came along during my years of anxiety and depression (blurred vision, headaches, dizziness, confusion, lack of body awareness, to name a few). None of them stopped me from getting on my hands every single day and they never will. There is people with a lot more limitations than I have and they do amazing things with their body, and there are people who don’t have any and never begin exploring what their bodies are capable of. Anyone can achieve anything if they just put their mind, heart and soul into it. The question is, are you willing to put in the required work to get there?
