For the past two years, TGR Fitness has provided innovative, effective and fun fitness classes to the women of the Des Moines Metro area. We currently offer more than 25 different classes from our traditional, boot camp style, Diva Fit series to our most recent venture into aerial silks. TGR truly offers something for EVERY woman!'
