'I Did The StairMaster Everyday For TWO Weeks!! | Before and After Results'

'Hey Angels!  I did a fun yet challenging video. I did the Stairmaster every single day for two weeks straight for 30 minutes. This was such an intense challenge but I am so proud of myself for being able to stick around and actually finish it. If you’re like me and get tired going up a flight of stairs, doing the Stairmaster will seriously help and build up your stamina.
