'Video #1 - Outdoor Preferred  Five exercises to keep you sane in the current crazy.   What you need:  mat towel set of weights stop watch (you can use your phone) water (always!)  Warmup = 5 minutes (options below) jumping jacks run in place jump rope  Perform each exercise 1 - 3 minutes: step ups (2 versions) goblet squats (2 versions) single arm row chest press (2 versions) simple vinyasa  Repeat the circuit 2 to 4 times.'
