'40 min Dumbbell Strength + Bodyweight Cardio Full Body Workout (No Repeat | Intense Burn )'

'In this 40 min Dumbbell Strength + Bodyweight Cardio Full Body Workout (No Repeat | Intense Burn ) we will have a mixture of dumbbell strength and bodyweight cardio. There will be 14x bundles of triple exercise : 2x dumbbell Strength exercises, 1x bodyweight cardio.  We will perform each exercise for 40 seconds and there will be a 20 seconds rest between and a 25 seconds rest between each triple bundle.   The dumbbells that I am using are: 2x18kg 2x 10kg 2x 5kg  You can Simply increase the intensity of this workout by using heavier dumbbells  and/or increasing the volume of the workout by doing this routine for 2x rounds in a row.
