Adjust the ring just above your ankles and fasten it by widening your legs. Lie down with a tall torso and pull your legs up. Knee lock your legs in and stretch your arms out to the sides straight and elbow locked and press yourself and hold position. Next, move your arms down to your sides, palms down and hold position. Now, pull your legs; knee locked and with the fastened Pilates ring; towards you head as far as you can comfortably can, press, and back to the center and slightly push down to a  45 degree angle and pull them back to the center. Now, slowly keep moving your legs back and forth without holding, at least 10 times to complete an abductor press.'
