'Hi ! This is Jim Walters and I have been steadily losing fat & diease from my body for the last thirty years. It\'s been a long but successful journey to health. My peek weight was 270 pounds at 5\' 11\" large frame (FAT) man at 35 years of age. I\'m 65 years old now and weigh in around 205 pounds. I am on my way to 180 pounds and solid muscle.  In my up and coming videos, you will get insights in how to be comfortable in your body. I have over come at least 10 major medical conditions with out prescription medicine or medical doctors help. In my videos to come I will explain what conditions I  have over come with diet and exercise. What types of vitamin supplementation and foods I used to correct  conditions. Like Arthritis - Major Bone Loss - Diabetes - Obesity - Alcoholism - Sugar craving  - rebuilding cartilage-  Sciatica -avoiding joint replacement - Lower Back Pain - High Blood Pressure - High Cholesterol  and lots more. Including  how to deal with the mental torture of women - wives, children and work. Everything can be fixed with diet ,exercise, vitamins & faith.
