Place your right leg in such a position that when you bent upon it you knee should be in touching your right armpit. Get comfortable in the posture and stretch out both your arm in above your head. Slowly take your torso down till your head and arms touch the ground. Get back in the starting position and repeat the same procedure with your left leg forward. A pigeon stretch is a whole body stretching exercise.'
