We require players to focus on the accuracy and power of the pass, bumping the ball, accepting the ball and beating the underlay of the ball. We require players to be able to participate in a combination even after repeated intensive runs. The main goal of the exercise and all its variants is to develop the game-fitness component in a specific form with the ball.  During exercise, in addition to the fitness component and the correct ratio of load and rest intervals to ensure the correct technical pass, first touch play and ball management. Exercise is designed for 4 players, it can handle the age categories of older students and adolescents.
